Enter the chrysalis and join Katie and Jessie for a 3 week introductory series designed for the absolute beginner to learn the art of pole dance. Each week will include a warmup that is designed to help students connect to their breath, body, and the space in a nourishing and supportive way. This is followed by exploration on the pole of foundational techniques, movements, and spins. Wrapping up each class with a short guided stretch and breathwork session.
