Outside Interests: originally from Miami sooo I'm beach obsessed and love my coffee strong. I also enjoy finding new places to travel/explore and look for ways to experience different cultures (especially through food).

With a background in Tae Kwon Do, I find a lot of power in movement and controlled breathing. I bring a lot of this discipline into how I dance.

I'm interested in teaching because I want to hold a space that gives others the room to grow and feel empowered by their own bodies and movement.
