BEGINNER-INTERMEDIATE POLE

Level 2

Learn fun and challenging tricks and spins on the pole!

In this class we will continue to build our pole foundations with Beginner-Intermediate level spins, tricks, conditioning, combos and more. Increase your strength, coordination, and flexibility through pole fundamentals and dance.

PREREQUISITES:

-Have taken at least 8-10 Beginner Pole classes

-Fireman Spin

-Pole Sit

INTERMEDIATE POLE

Level 3

Learn fun and challenging tricks and spins on the pole!

In this class we will continue to build our pole foundations with Intermediate level spins, tricks, conditioning, combos up the pole and more. Increase your strength, coordination, and flexibility through pole fundamentals and dance.

PREREQUISITES: Students must be able to comfortably:

-Climb to the top of the pole and climb back down to the ground

-Jasmine

-Hold a pole crunch on each side for 3 seconds or more

-Be ready to begin learning to invert and/or ready to learn to get upside-down on the pole.

Level 4

Learn fun and challenging tricks and spins on the pole!

In this class we will continue to build our pole foundations with Intermediate-Advanced level spins, tricks, conditioning, combos up and down the pole and more. Increase your strength, coordination, and flexibility through pole fundamentals and dance.

PREREQUISITES: Students must be able to comfortably:

-Invert OR drop down into and outside leg hang

-Genie

-Superman from Jasmine

-Tinkerbell spin/ Split Grip Spin

Level 5

Learn fun and challenging aerial tricks, spins, and Learn fun and challenging tricks and spins on the pole!

In this class we will continue to build our pole foundations with Advanced level spins, tricks, conditioning, combos up and down the pole and more. Increase your strength, coordination, and flexibility through pole fundamentals and dance.

PREREQUISITES: Students must be able to comfortably:

-Invert to an outside leg hang

-Invert from Hood Ornament

-Jamilla/Apprentice on both sides

-Butterfly (Regular or Extended)

-Shoulder Mount crunch

Unleash your inner dancer in this dynamic, limited-time class.

Explore the art of pole flow by combining smooth transitions, intricate heel work, and a show-stopping dance sequence. We’ll break down a choreography piece-by-piece, focusing on musicality and expression. Then, we’ll move into freestyle prompts, giving you the tools to find your own unique movement style and confidently own the floor.

Key elements:

Heel Technique: Learn proper body mechanics for smooth weight transfers, glides, and leg lines in your platform heels.

Choreographed Sequence: Master a dynamic, full-body routine that combines pole spins, heel work, and sensual movement.

Creative Freedom: Use freestyle prompts to explore improvisation and build confidence in your own movement vocabulary.

This class is ideal for students with some pole experience who want to refine their dance skills and explore a more sensual, expressive side of pole. Heels and knee pads are highly recommended.

Ready for the perfect addition to your pole and flexibility practice? 

Join this FREE 45 minute fitness class for current students Saturdays at 10:00 am!

Strength, conditioning, and cross-training for pole and flexibility!

Using weights, bands, and bodyweight, BUILD will help you gain muscle *and* mobility. Designed to balance out some of the muscle tension created by aerial and pole training, this class will rotate through the major body parts, covering upper and lower body strength, as well as injury reduction topics such as shoulder stability and knee pain.

Comfortable athletic/athleisure attire recommended.

FLEXIBILITY AND STRENGTH

ACTIVE FLEXIBILITY

A deceptively sweaty take on flexibility.

This *all levels* class will teach you which muscles to engage to gain strength, flexibility, and more stability in your shapes and poses. Train hard on the floor to gain skills you can use on the pole. Whether you are trying to gain flexibility, or own the range you already have, Jessie will have a drill for you.

This class rotates through the standard flex poses of front splits, cobra, middle splits, and bridges, so you get a chance to train full body throughout the course of each month.
